Right by the shoreline lies the heart of Gårdsviken – the restaurant Faster Ann’s. We build our menu on local ingredients such as fish and seafood from the bay, or mushrooms and game from the forests nearby. We are always on the lookout for the genuinely Bohuslän flavors, delving into old cookbooks and drawing inspiration from local food and beverage producers. The restaurant is located right at the water’s edge and boasts a lovely outdoor seating area facing the sunset. During the day, we serve brunch, pastries, ice cream, and lighter fare, while in the evening, dinner is served. Learn more about our opening hours and menu below.

The restaurant opens for the season on April 25th and will then be open from 4 pm till late, Thursday to Sunday. On other days, guests can book a meal kit with dinner to prepare in their cabin. Additionally, you can order a picnic basket with lunch and our barbecue package.
We serve brunch on Sundays in May and September.
The restaurant is open every day from Midsummer until August 18th. On Saturdays from June 29th to August 17th, we host a barbecue buffet on the outdoor terrace.
From August 19th to October 13th, the restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday. On other days, guests can book a meal kit with dinner to prepare in their cabin. Please note! The restaurant is booked for private events on Saturdays, August 24th and 31st. However, we are happy to arrange dinner for preparation in the cabin for guests staying with us
