In the heart of Bohuslän, on a forest-clad slope with an archipelago in its arms, is where you find us and our idyllic holiday location, steeped in history and nature, and brought to you with warm and welcoming service. Take a dip in the salty sea, a trip in one of our boats or kayaks, fish, hike, enjoy a sauna, and eat well in our restaurant. You can stay comfortably in a cottage with hotel standard service, as one with nature in our furnished safari tents, or in your own tent or caravan.
We want to inform about the measures we have taken to prevent the spread of the Corona virus so that you as a guest can be safe during your stay with us.
For those of you who have booked one of our cabins, we can tell you that all our cabins are at a safe distance from each other and have their own entrance and own patio. We do the cleaning of the cabins ourselves and have greatly strengthened our cleaning routines with, among other things, additional disinfection of surfaces that you can come in contact with. Breakfast we will be delivered in a basket to the cabin until further notice and if you wish, we will meet you at the cabin at check-in so that you do not have to pass the reception.
For those of you who come with your own camping vehicle, we can announce that we have also strengthened the cleaning routines in our service houses with, among other things, further disinfection of contact surfaces. If you wish, we will arrange check-in without having to enter the reception.
For now, our restaurant is only open to smaller pre-booked parties. But don’t despair! There are several restaurants in the immediate area that offer take away food that you can enjoy in your cabin, or even nicer, at one of our fine picnic spots. Read more under the tab “Food”.
We who work here keep up to date on the latest advice from the authorities and are extra careful about hand hygiene. Of course, staff with cold symptoms stay at home.
In the same way that we do everything possible for you as guests to be safe, we wish you as guests to help each other and us. Should you experience symptoms during your stay that make you suspect that you may be infected with Corona virus, do not visit any of the common areas such as a service house or reception. Contact us by phone so that we can jointly follow the instructions we receive from the health authorities.
Apart from the corona-virus, everything continues as usual here in the countryside. The sea air is as fresh as ever, the forest walks as lovely and the sunsets as beautiful as usual. Soon it is also the sea trout premiere and the golf course opens. We remind you that there was a good reason why over a hundred years ago a recreational town was founded right here at Lyckorna!
Since 2017 we’ve been building a small-scale, family-run holiday park at Anfasteröd Gårdsvik, strongly influenced by the area’s incredible history, beautiful nature, and our deep personal engagement. We are a family who literally ‘dig where we stand’ and we have stood here for many generations. We are proud to make Anfasteröd Gårdsvik accessible through a range of nature-based activities and comfortable accommodation options in historical as well as modern buildings.
