At Anfasteröd Gårdsvik you live and sleep well. Our historical buildings have been renovated carefully in their original style and our new cottages in Victorian-style take you back to the bay’s epoch as a seaside resort. All of our accommodation options are close to both sea and forest, but for those who want to get even closer to nature we offer furnished safari tents, selectively placed in our finest locations. All accommodation is of hotel standard with freshly made beds, soft towels, and including breakfast.
Bathers cottages
Our newly renovated bathers cottages: situated on a granite cliff just 20 meters from the water’s edge, each with it’s own lovely wooden deck facing the ocean and the sunset. The cottages are decorated with inspiration from the nearby Lyckorna, which was a popular seaside resort with origins from the late 1800s. The cottages are fully self-contained with shower, toilet, kitchen, dishwasher, and a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed for two in the combined kitchen and living room.

Ocean cottage
In a little red house, situated privately on an open coastal meadow, lived Anfasteröd Estate’s own blacksmith in the 1800s. The house has been carefully renovated in it’s original spirit and offers six beds divided into three rooms, a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with dishwasher. You have your own garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, and are near to Gårdsvikens reception, swimming area, restaurant and Lyckorna golf club. The ocean is your nearest neighbour.

Gate cottage
The Gate Cottage was built in the 1800s as workers accommodation and was renovated in 2017. Today the cottage is divided into two apartments with a shared garden. The Gate Cottage lies just 50 meters from the first tee at Lyckorna golf club, perfect for the golf enthusiast. The apartments have four and five beds respectively, and both include kitchen, shower and toilet. The ground floor apartment has a beautiful sunroom and a spacious kitchen with dishwasher.

Miss Nilssons weekend cottage
In your own garden with a view over the ocean lies this classic weekend cottage from the 1940s, with charming original details. The cottage is newly renovated and has a bedroom with a double bed, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a furnished veranda facing the sea. The property also includes a guest cottage with a bunk bed and bathroom.

Comfort camping
Yes, you can get closer to nature without sacrificing comfort. Become one with nature on a granite cliff with fantastic ocean views, or under a beech forest’s dense canopy, in our comfortable safari tents. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen, heating, comfortable beds and even a sleeping loft. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and wind rustling through the leaves.

Eagles nest
For those who are not afraid of heights. Our two “Eagles Nest” properties are situated on a granite cliff 40 meters above the sea with sweeping views over the fjord. These modern mobile homes include a bedroom with a doubled bed, a combined kitchen/lounge room and a couch-bed for two, shower and toilet, and a spacious outdoor deck with a dining area.

Camping sites
All of our camping sites are unique as they wind and weave their way up the hillside’s granite ledges and plateaus, though what they have in common is ocean views. We have around 200 sites of varying size, most with electricity and plumbing. The majority of sites are seasonally booked, with the 2021 season starting April 17th and finishing September 19th. You can even store your caravan on our sites during winter.
