Meeting, conference, and kick-off
Come out to the countryside for a nature-based meeting with high comfort. Starting from our meeting rooms, you can head out for nature activities such as forest walks with campfire gatherings, paddling, or a mussel expedition aboard M/S Märta. The location between forest and sea, far from the bustle of the city, offers peace and quiet to focus on your work. Since we host only one group at a time, we can dedicate our attention entirely to you. After meetings and activities, you can relax in the wood-fired floating sauna or enjoy a saltwater hot tub.
In our restaurant, we serve you food and drinks, and you’ll stay comfortably in our hotel cabins, which are made up when you arrive and cleaned after you leave—just like at a hotel. Proposals for conference setup
Day Conference
- Conference room with a crackling fireplace and balcony facing the sea
- Morning coffee break with coffee and a sandwich
- Conference lunch in our seaside restaurant
- Afternoon coffee break with coffee and homemade pastries
Water, coffee, and fruit are always available in the conference room throughout the day.
Price per person (minimum 8 people): SEK 604/person excl. VAT
Outdoor Conference
- Start the day in our conference room with a crackling fireplace and a balcony overlooking the sea
- Morning coffee break with coffee and a sandwich in the conference room
- Just before lunch, head out on a guided kayak tour to a nearby beach
- Picnic lunch on the beach with boiled coffee over an open fire
- Continue the conference in nature or paddle back to the conference room for further discussions
We can arrange the paddling so that those who prefer not to paddle can hike to the beach instead.

Conference with Overnight Stay

We also recommend planning a hike to the scenic viewpoint or a relaxing soak in our hot tub and floating sauna on the sea before dinner.
Our meeting rooms
- Conference Room: Our conference room is equipped with a projector and WiFi, and also features a sea view, high ceilings, a fireplace with a crackling fire, and a large balcony facing the sea.
- Beach House: Our beach house is a gazebo by the shoreline, with a large table, benches, and a wood-fired stove. Ideal for discussions in smaller groups.
- Nature: Our best meeting spaces are in nature. We’re happy to suggest a route for a “walk-and-talk,” a good beach for a meeting, or a scenic viewpoint for a workshop.

Wilderness Adventures
- Sea trout fishing with a guide and campfire gathering with a coffee pot
- Kayak or canoe paddling with or without a guide, picnic on a beach, followed by a sauna session
- Guided hike, mushroom picking, and outdoor cooking
Historical Tours and Educational Expeditions
- Guided walk through the historic spa town of Lyckorna or the Anfasteröd estate
- Mussel safari aboard M/S Märta with your own moules marinières
- Cruise with the archipelago boats to the historic spa town of Gustafsberg, or an evening cruise with a cocktail party
- Guided kayak tour between mussel farms and seaside resorts
Sports and Competitions
- Canoe or SUP relay race
- Boules, croquet, or kubb tournament
- Pay and play at Lyckorna Golf Club
- Padel tennis at Lyckorna Padel
Nature-Based Relaxation and Rejuvenating Baths
- Yoga – we collaborate with several local instructors who can lead classes in the forest or in our indoor spaces
- Bathing from our wood-fired floating sauna with a dip in the sea and/or a soak in the wood-fired hot tub with saltwater
