Spring break by the sea

Spend spring break in the nature by the sea and the forest while stay in a cozy cabin or a glamping tent by the sea. You stay in a hotel cabin or glamping tent where the beds are made on arrival, breakfast is delivered to your cabin and we do the cleaning when you leave, all so that you can have a peaceful and comfortable time with the family. During the days with us, you can experience the nature around us, such as taking a shorter (or longer) hike to, for example, a beach where you make a fire and grill sausages, look for seals and seabirds, fish for sea trout or take a boat trip. Or you take a sauna in a wood-fired sauna raft and a dip in the sea. If the weather is bad, there is a padel hall nearby as well as Bohuslän’s museum, the Watercolor Museum and Havets Hus for indoor experiences. For dinner, we have prepared ingredients that you will receive at your cabin so that you can easily cook together OR if our restaurant is open we include a two course dinner there (during the spring the restaurant is generally open Thursdays to Sundays). After dinner we suggest you play one of the family games we provide or why not try carving a butter knife using the DIY kits we offer.

Hike around Lake Skarsjön and grill sausages and marshmallows
Walk along the sea and look for seals and birds
Fish for sea trout
Take a boat trip or when water is warmer take a kanoe trip
Visit the Nordens Ark
Cycling on Bredfjället

For rainy days we suggest:

Cottage hang out with family games or crafts such as carving a butter knife
A bath on our wood-burning sauna raft
Play paddle in Ljungskile padel hall
Visit Bohuslän’s museum in Uddevalla
Visit Havetshus in Lysekil
The Watercolor Museum in Skärhamn
Innovatum in Trollhättan or Molekylverkstaden in Stenungsund
