At Anfasteröd Gårdsvik, you’ll live and sleep well. Our historic accommodations have been carefully renovated in a period-appropriate manner, and our new cottages in beautiful turn-of-the-century style take you back to the era when Gårdsvik was a spa resort. All accommodations are located close to the sea and forest, but for those who want to get even closer to nature, we offer furnished glamping tents placed in our most scenic spots. All accommodations meet hotel standards, with made beds, soft towels, and breakfast included. We also offer camping pitches with newly built service facilities. Bath Cottages
Our Badstuga (Bath Cottages): are located on a cliff, just 20 meters from the water’s edge, with a lovely terrace facing the sea and sunset. The cottages are decorated with inspiration from the nearby turn-of-the-century spa resort Lyckorna but come with modern amenities such as a shower/WC, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a comfortable double bed. The combined kitchen/living room also features a sofa bed for two.
In our Loftstugor (Loft Cottages): you have everything modern you need, but wrapped in a beautiful spa dream. The cottage has a double bedroom, shower/WC, kitchen with dishwasher, loft with two beds, and a wonderful covered terrace. The sea is right in front of the terrace and the reception is just a stone’s throw away.
Historic Accommodations
Sjöstugan (Sea View Cottage)
In a small red house, set apart on an open beach meadow, the farm’s blacksmith lived in the 1800s. The house has been carefully renovated in a historic style and offers six beds spread across three rooms, a shower/WC, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Here, you’ll have your own garden with outdoor furniture, a grill, and proximity to Gårdsviken’s reception, swimming area, restaurant, and Lyckorna Golf Club. You’ll stay with the sea as your closest neighbor.
Grindstugan (Gate Cottage)
Grindstugan (Gate Cottage) was built in the 1800s as a workers’ residence and was renovated in 2017. Today, the house consists of two apartments with a shared garden and private patios for each. Located just 50 meters from the first tee of Lyckorna Golf Club, it’s perfect for golf enthusiasts.
The apartments accommodate four and five guests, respectively, and are equipped with a kitchen, shower, and WC. The ground-floor apartment features a beautiful glass veranda and a larger kitchen with a dishwasher.
Fröken Nilssons Cottage
In its own garden overlooking the sea, this classic 1940s sports cottage boasts charming original details. Recently renovated, the cottage features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower/WC, along with a furnished veranda facing the sea. Additionally, there is a guesthouse with a bunk bed and its own bathroom.
Glamping
Yes, you can get even closer to nature without compromising on comfort. Perched on a cliff with stunning sea views or nestled under the lush canopy of the beech forest, you’ll become one with nature in our cozy glamping tents. These tents feature bathrooms with showers/WC, kitchens, heating, comfortable beds, and even a sleeping loft. Here, you can hear the wind rustling through the trees and birdsong filtering through the tent fabric. That’s what we call glamping!
In addition to these two tents, we also offer two smaller glamping tents with four beds inside and a private kitchen and bathroom in a separate cabin. Bed linens, towels, breakfast, and final cleaning are always included in the price.
Our Örnnästen (Eagle Nests)
For those who are not afraid of heights. On a cliff 40 meters above the sea lie our two ‘Eagle Nests’ with a magnificent view over the fjord. In these modern modular accommodations, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an additional smaller room with two beds, a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, shower/WC, and a spacious terrace with a dining area.
Own Accomodation
Campsites
None of our campsites are alike as they climb up the mountain’s rock ledges and plateaus. However, the common denominator is the sea view. We have about 200 sites of varying sizes for tents, motorhomes, and caravans. Most of these sites are seasonal spots, read more about seasonal camping here. Check-in for campsites is at 1:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Sites can be easily booked via the website.
